Product returns is allowed under the following conditions and within 5 working days only:

    1. If the product is irregular/defective.
    2. If upon receipt, product is damaged under carrier's responsibility.
    3. If under our responsibility, you received another product instead of what you ordered.
    4. If under of your own responsibility, you ordered a wrong product. In this case you have to be charged the two-way carrier cost.
    5. Refunds are made only if you receive a damaged product (under carrier's responsibility) and there is not any available copy for replacement. Otherwise, as long as a copy is available, the product is replaced.
