Returns Policy
Product returns is allowed under the following conditions and within 5 working days only:
- If the product is irregular/defective.
- If upon receipt, product is damaged under carrier's responsibility.
- If under our responsibility, you received another product instead of what you ordered.
- If under of your own responsibility, you ordered a wrong product. In this case you have to be charged the two-way carrier cost.
- Refunds are made only if you receive a damaged product (under carrier's responsibility) and there is not any available copy for replacement. Otherwise, as long as a copy is available, the product is replaced.
